How does the trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your chosen plan then renews monthly unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage billing. A scheduled cancellation keeps access until your current period ends.
What counts toward my limits?
Graph entities and saved skills have separate allowances. Disabled skills still count. Editing existing entries is allowed at the limit; adding entities or skills requires room in your plan. Documents and agent instructions remain separate.
Does this include ChatGPT?
No. Memoize is a separate subscription. Connecting it requires a ChatGPT account with support for custom apps.
