Cancel renewal

Open Account → Manage billing to cancel. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period does not immediately remove access.

If a payment was made in error or the service is not working as expected, contact us with your transaction reference. We will review the request with Paddle, our merchant of record. Applicable consumer cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected; no refund outcome is guaranteed by this page.
