Your account and content

Keep your credentials private and submit only content you are entitled to use. You retain your rights to your content and authorize us to process it to deliver the service. Do not use Memoize for unlawful activity or attempt to access another user’s data.

Subscriptions

Starter, Pro and Advanced are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually at the amount shown at checkout. Each begins with a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, your selected billing cycle begins automatically. Applicable taxes and billing details are shown by Paddle at checkout.

Cancellation and service

You can cancel renewal through the billing portal in your account. Access continues until the effective cancellation date. Paused and past-due subscriptions do not grant paid access. AI retrieval can be incomplete or inaccurate; check original sources before relying on an answer.

Your rights

These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights. For cancellation and refund requests, see our refund policy. Material changes to your subscription terms will be communicated before they take effect.
